Why can't I track my order?

All UK packages are sent Royal Mail First Class - this is an untracked service. When an item is dispatched, Etsy automatically emails with a button saying 'track your order' however this does not work for items sent Royal Mail First Class.

International order tracking is often being stuck in the 'leaving the country' stage, and staying in this stage until the order is delivered. This has been the case since the beginning of the COVID19 outbreak. The orders will usually be in your countries postal network, however the postal services worldwide are significantly delayed at the minute.

My order hasn't arrived yet? (UK ONLY) (COVID19)

There is a huge strain on the postal services at the minute as more and more people are shopping online during the COVID19 outbreak.
Although all orders are sent Royal Mail First Class, I have been advised by Royal Mail to ask customers to wait 10 days after expected arrival before considering an item lost. At this point, I can open a case with Royal Mail, and issue a full refund/resend the items.
I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays, and I wish there was something I could do to speed it up! If you no longer need your stamps when they arrive, you can of course return them for a full refund (as per my shop policies).

The postal services are extremely delayed due to COVID19.
Although all orders are sent the fastest possible delivery method (Royal Mail international tracked and traced), I have been advised by Royal Mail to ask customers to wait 25 workings days after expected arrival before considering an item lost. At this point, I can open a case with Royal Mail, and issue a full refund/resend the items.
I appreciate this is a huge amount of time to wait and I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused by delivery delays. I wish there was something I could do to speed it up! If you no longer need your stamps when they arrive, you can of course return them for a full refund (as per my shop policies).
